Length of the session

Therapy sessions are 1 hour. The frequency is usually weekly or fortnightly.

I can work with you for as long as it is felt appropriate. I have worked with clients for to two years and others for a short period of time. 

Costs 

£85 per hour for individuals (online) Monday day and evening, Tuesday evening, Wednesday evenings

£100 per hour for couples and families (online) Monday day and evening, Tuesday evening, Wednesday evenings

Who do I invite to the session?

The sessions are offered to families, couples/people in relationships and individuals. 

People who attend the sessions may vary as we continue to work together. For example, I may begin meeting the family or a couple, but this may change. We will continue to discuss what would work best for you.

Confidentiality 

I respect your confidentiality, however, there may be times when I may need to share information, such as if I am concerned about your safety. I would discuss this with you and sought consent to share.

You will also be provided with a contact sheet and contract before you start. I do ask for your contact details, GP and next of kin. I would only contact your GP or next of kin if I were worried about your safety. 

What happens if I need to cancel?

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If the session is not cancelled within this time, you would be charged the full fee.
